Known issues

The following are known issues and problems in using KEGG2SBML:

  • There appear to be missing or incosistent data in some of the KEGG database files. Because of this, KEGG2SBML may not be able to convert some KEGG .conf files into SBML.
  • The following converted KEGG *.conf files can't be opened by CellDesigner if the <annotation> tags are attached:
    • 00500.xml
    • 00790.xml
